Horde Webmail - compose email, attach files and purge emails

Horde Webmail - compose email, attach files and purge emails

Login to the Horde webmail with the link http://webmail.yourdomain.com.

                         


To compose a mail click on Mail button from tab then click on New Message link.
 


   
Below are the descriptions of above number sequence.
1. Write recipient email address in To input box.
2. To send a Carbon Copy of the mail write another email address in Cc input box.
3. To send a Blind Carbon Copy of the mail write another email address in Bcc input box.
4. Write subject of your email in Subject input box.
5. Write body of the mail.
6. Click SEND button to send the mail to above mention email addresses.
 
 
To attach a file keep all the above setting same and click on Add Attachment button.
 
Browse the your local drive to attach a file.
 
Below are the descriptions of above number sequence.
1. Check your file has attached with the mail.
2. Click SEND MESSAGE button to send the mail with the attached file.
You are done, your attached file has been delivered with the mail.


Already you are logged in or log in toDelete and Purge email.
 
 

1. Click on the Mail tab and select the folder that contains the large number of messages, from where we can delete the specific emails.
2. New selecting the check box next to the emails.
3. Now select the Delete option for temporary delete the selected emails as mentioned in picture.





4. And for the permanently delete there is a "Purge Deleted" option on the right hand side of the webmail.

Now you have deleted the selected mails from horde webmail.
