How To Configure Email ID on Apple iPhone (iOS 11 / 12)

Step 01: Go to Settings on iPhone and tap on Accounts & Passwords.

Step 02: Select Add account.

Step 03: Select the account type as Other.

Step 04: Select the Add Mail Account option.

Step 05: Enter the account details Name, Email, Password, and Description. Then click on the Next button.

Step 06: Select the account type as IMAP.

Step 07: Enter the email server settings (Incoming & Outgoing) and then click on Next.

Step 08: Click on the Save button.

Step 09: Select the account which is added.

Step 10: Select the Account option.

Step 11: Select the Advanced option.

Step 12: Select the below folders where your email will be saved.

Step 13: Scroll down and enter the INBOX as IMAP path prefix, all in capital letter.

Step 14: Your email account is set up properly. Now close the application and after that please Switch Off the iPhone and Restart it in order to activate the settings.
