Connect to IMAP server of Diadem MailStore with MS Outlook

  • Step 1:Go to Outlook File menu choose the option Info then Account Settings again Account settings to reach to the account settings.

  

Step 2:Click on New to create a new account.

  

Step 3:Now choose the option Manual setup or additional server types and click on Next.

  

Step 4: Choose the option POP or IMAP then click on Next.

  

Step 5: Now put your display name, Email addresss, incoming and outgoing mail server, and mail store login-id and password and click on the OK button.

Please note Incoming and outgoing mail servers are different, as mail store do not relay your mails, so you have used your mail server address/credential for outgoing mails.

  

Step 6: Click on Outgoing server > select the checkbox for SMTP authentication > select Log on using and provide username and password of the incoming mail server.

  

Step7: Go to Advanced > Select the incoming port to 143 and encrypted connection to "Auto" Then select the outgoing port to 587 and encrypted connection to "Auto"

 All set, now you can access mails on Diadem Mailstore using our Outlook and now your Outlook looks like below print screen and here you can find mailstore emails.
