Email Scout Report (ESR) for quarantine spam mail report
To enable daily wise spam quarantine report in spam expert
Step-1
Login into the spam filter > click on Incoming > Logs / Outgoing > Logs >

Using the filters in the Query Rules panel, select the status as quarantined to generate report about quarantined emails
> select the timestamp as previous 1 day to get the quarantine report for 1 day > Click on search option to display the results.

Click on Email this search above the Query Rules panel

Step-3
The Setup Email Scout Report dialog box will be display >> In the Subject field enter the subject for the report. This will be the subject of the report email received by the user.
Step-4
From the Delivery dropdown, choose Every day at 09:00, 12:00 and 16:00 to get daily report >> Enter the report recipient in the Recipient field >> Select the template you want to apply in the Template name field .

Click on Schedule

The newly created report will be emailed to the recipient on the specified date and time.
