Whitelist, Blacklist Email IDs and Bounce options in Plesk Obsidian
How to Email Address Whitelist or Blacklist in Plesk
Step 01: Go to the Mail tab on the left panel and click on the email address.

Step 02: Click on the Spam Filter tab.
Step 03: Enable "Switch on spam filtering for this email address" and expand the "Show Advance Settings".

Step 04: Type the email address or domain name (followed by the * mark; e,g,. *@example.com) in whitelist box or blacklist box.

Step 05: Click on Apply to confirm the update.
Email Bounce Settings
Click on Mail > Mail Settings option to customise your email bounce options
