How to fix mail bounce due to message size limitation in Office 365

By default, every message size sent/received from particular mailbox is set to 35MB, to increase the mail size limit. Process needs to be followed as below.

Steps:

  1. Login to the Office 365 admin panel.

  2. Click on the Exchange.
     


 

3. Now click on the recipients.
 

4. After that click the sender and recipient email address. And go to the Mailbox features.
 

5. Now increase the Sent and Receive message required mail size limit (Maximum: 150MB) as shown on the figure below.
